SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

Beacon uses text messaging for customer care: when you call our business number and we're unable to answer, we send a text acknowledging your missed call and offering a callback or scheduling help. If you reply, we'll respond by text to answer questions and help schedule an appointment. We may also send appointment-related messages you've requested.

Opt-in

You opt in to this program by calling or texting our business number first. We never send text messages to purchased lists or to anyone who has not initiated contact with us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. A typical exchange is one missed-call follow-up plus any replies needed to assist you.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Beacon does not charge for text messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages from us. Opting out of texts never affects your ability to call us.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your network operator.
